As we continue to navigate these challenging times, we wanted to provide an update on the actions that ROOM is taking within the current climate of COVID-19 to keep our customers, teams and partners around the world healthy and safe.

One of the most effective mitigation techniques recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is social distancing. With that in mind, we have closed our in-person showrooms in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, London and Paris for the time being, and our global team is working remotely until further notice. We are still open for business and are taking orders online, and remain available for customer support inquiries.

We are taking every precaution when it comes to the safe manufacture and delivery of our product, and are working diligently to keep scheduled deliveries on-time to the best of our ability.


  • We are following all country, national, state and local directives, and will continue to provide updates on scheduled deliveries as situations change and more knowledge is obtained.
  • Our manufacturing teams are regularly deep cleaning high-touch areas with disinfectant recommended by the CDC, while our delivery partners are taking substantive measures to ensure ROOM products are delivered safely to all customers following strict protocols surrounding enhanced sanitization, social distancing, and hygienic attire.
